Steve Berliner is the backbone of KD Real Estate, managing the complex demands and coordinating the many transactions which take place on a daily basis. Steve’s friendly, receptive voice will likely be the first you encounter when calling the office, as he is responsible for synchronizing all communications that takes place in the office while the agents are out negotiating deals.
With a degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Steve particularly enjoys the detail oriented precision that is required to secure a real estate transaction. His background in finance and credit analysis helps to ensure that paperwork is filed properly, seamlessly, and as quickly as possible.
Steve is also in charge of implementing the marketing efforts, making certain that all of its listings shine as brightly as possible. His favorite thing about working in real estate is getting to share in the happiness that each client experiences when the deal on their dream home finally closes.
Originally from New York, Steve has spent the last 18 years in the Bay Area, and now understands why so many people love San Francisco and are willing to invest their future here. He is a huge sports fan, splitting his time between the San Jose Sharks in the winter, and the San Francisco Giants in the summer. He loves wine tasting, going to comedy shows, and not having to shovel snow from his driveway now that he’s a full fledged Californian.
