Katy Is Professional

We met Katy at our building when she was selling another condo there and we were so impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm we decided to give her a call. The Saturday we met with her we had found a property we really liked that just came on the market. The broker tour was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Katy counseled us on how to position our offer including the fact that we needed to be sensitive to the sellers' nationality (Japanese) and not write or say anything that could be misunderstood or considered offensive. We wrote the offer and at Katy's suggestion included a cover letter introducing ourselves to the sellers. It also included a very short expiration period. Our offer included aggressive pricing, it was clean, it was first and it was accepted. Katy's professionalism and organization made that possible. She answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. We had not listed our existing home yet when we got the acceptance so Katy told us she had a buyer that might be interested. Within eight days she had an offer written on our condo. We never had to list it. The price we got for our loft was exactly what we wanted and we accepted. We only had to use our home equity loan to bridge that short period which saved us a lot of money! Katy came through with touches of class in everything including sending the listing agent some Fairytale Brownies! We are now settled in our new home and that barbeque picture...well that is Jim with our house-warming gift from Katy.
